PRM/WRM 2025 Conference

Mariah previously worked for Okeechobee County BOCC as the HR/Risk Management Director.  She has over 28 years of experience in county government.  In 2016 she became a PRM Pool member and went on to represent the GHT Pool as an Executive Board member.  Mariah became a PRM team member in July 2023. She works closely with Michele Faulkner and the rest of the Loss Prevention team, providing PRM members with services and resources.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration – Public Policy & Leadership.

Doris’ experience includes 22 plus years working with employee group benefits in both the public and private sector. Doris holds a 215 Life, Health, and Annuity license with the state of Florida. She joined PRM as the Customer Care Specialist in May of 2011. Her role as Benefit Specailist is focused on providing guidance and service to our Benefit Administrators, regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, billing, and open enrollment.

Yvonne has been with Public Risk Management – Group Health Trust (PRM-GHT) since October 2021 as a Benefit Specialist.
However, she is no stranger to PRM-GHT as she worked as broker representative with the membership since 2009.

Yonne holds a 2-15 Life, Health, and Annuity license with the state of Florida. Her role as Benefit Specialist is focused on providing guidance and service to our Benefit Administrators, regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, billing, and open enrollment.

Lorraine Boucher holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and has 24 years of experience with employee health and wellness benefits. Lorraine has worked for the City of Largo since 2011 in the Human Resources department and is their Team Member Experience and Total Rewards Manager. Andy has been Vice President of World Risk Management, LLC since its inception. Andy is responsible for the marketing, reinsurance, and day-to-day interaction with public entity clients.

Before joining World Risk Management, Andy worked for a national brokerage firm for 22 years. Andy spent his earlier years working in the London insurance marketplace, where he specialized in both U.S. & U.K. public entity business. Andy transferred to Orlando in 2001 and has concentrated on Florida public entity business ever since.

Lynn Curreli has a BS in Business Administration and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and SHRM-CP certifications. Prior to her tenure with the Town of Longboat Key, she lived in New Jersey and worked in the private sector primarily in corporate HR, but also spent a few years on the benefit consulting side where she earned her NJ life and health producer license. Michele's background has been in Human Resource and Safety Management for over 28 years. Her work experience has been in both public and private organizations. She holds both a PHR (Professional Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources Management) Certification. Since joining PRM in 2015, her role as Sr. Loss Prevention Consultant is focused on providing members with employment-related guidance and training, and coordinating member training resources and learning events.

Steve’s experience includes 32 years in insurance defense & risk management, in both the public and private sector. Dual certified NICB (National Insurance Crime Bureau) & Florida State certified fraud investigator in all lines of coverage. Joshua is a Vice President with World Risk Management. He is responsible for risk management advisory services, marketing, relationship management, and future growth initiatives for the firm.

Sheila’s experience includes 23 years of working with various insurance companies, state insurance departments and third-party administrators as an adjuster managing employment liability, general liability, auto, worker’s compensation and reinsurance claims. Sheila holds a Florida 620 All Lines Adjusters license. She recently joined PRM in October 2023, in her role as Claims Analyst, overseeing the management of all lines of coverage under the PRM property and casualty lines. She earned a BS in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman University and a MBA from Marymount University.

Reneé joined the PRM Team in 2016 after being with the City of Bradenton for over 28 years. Reneé brings over 35 years experience in government operations. Reneé holds a Risk Management for Public Entity (RMPE) designation from the Insurance Institute of America and is a State of Florida licensed All Lines Claims Adjuster.

I am a Junior Account Manager working on the Public Risk Management account, as well as other Commercial and Non-Profit insurance accounts. Christon Lewis joined Davies in 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster, a claims supervisor, a legal case manager, and a claims manager. Jon Rivera is an Assistant Vice President/Risk Management Consultant for Word Risk Management. Don is a partner and principal shareholder in Roper & Roper, P.A. He began his career at Dean, Ringers, Morgan & Lawton, P.A. in Orlando, Florida from 1990 - 1996. He struck out on his own as the Law Office of Donovan A. Roper in March 1996, before forming Roper & Roper, P.A. in March, 1997. Kathleen Sullivan is a 35-year veteran of the employee benefits industry.
