About me
Kathleen Sullivan is a 35-year veteran of the employee benefits industry. As a commercial insurance broker, she subscribes to the principle that an employer’s health plan is its greatest asset to assist an organization’s movement from a culture of sickness to a culture of health. Ms. Sullivan joined the World Risk Management in 2011 as VP of Employee Benefits. Her career in the insurance industry is marked by successful engagements at Aetna, Oxford Health Plans and HealthPlan Services. Active in the Tampa Bay community, Ms. Sullivan was a Finalist for Businesswoman of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and has served in leadership roles with state and local health underwriters and financial advisors associations. Ms. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a major in Clinical Dietetics.
