Lorraine Boucher holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and has 24 years of experience with employee health and wellness benefits. Lorraine has worked for the City of Largo since 2011 in the Human Resources department and is their Team Member Experience and Total Rewards Manager. Lorraine and her team are leading several initiatives to foster a happy, healthy, and fulfilled workforce with a focus on work-life balance. The City of Largo has received multiple workplace and wellness awards to include, Top Workplaces USA for three consecutive years, WELCOA Gold award, and the American Heart Association's Workforce Well-being Scorecard awards, Bronze (2020), Silver (2021, 2022), Gold (2023, 2024).
